This unit is designed to cool down any area up to approximately 1,500square feet in size. Its strong and efficient, but wont put a strain on your energy costs since the model is Energy Star-compliant and is equipped with an Energy Saver Switch to cycle the fan on and off to reduce energy consumption. This model uses R410A refrigerant to help prevent furtherharm to the ozone layer, making it a popular, environmentally-friendly appliance. The variable electronic-temperature control can be set anywhere between 62F - 86F (17C and 30C) and gives you an option of 3 fan speed (high/medium/low). The unit can be quickly programmed via the convenient remote control device and monitored through aneasy-to-read LED display. Equipped witha convenient sleep mode to guarantee your room wontbecome too cold during the nightand lastly, the automatic on/off control enables you to program the air conditioner to start and stop to suit your personal schedule. This model also features a 12-month warranty on parts and labor.
