This product is great, works at low room temperature and doesn'ttake long to lower the humidity in the whole basement. Had others but they didn't do the job. Would highly recommend this unit..

We purchased this unit due to a moisture problem in our 5th wheel toy hauler. As the trailer has power in storage operating a dehumidifier was no problem. I connected the unit to a drain hose exiting via the basement storage area. Since the installation we have had no moisture problem, but remembering to check the filter and reset the unit has been a bit of a pain. Overall, this has been the solution to our problem, at a very low cost. Great unit, properly packaged, and in use in minutes out of the box.
