what a disappointment. it can't get onto area rugs. the navigation system gets confused and it will spin around in circles. it bumps into things and damages walls. battery life lasts less than a half hour. useless. now collection dust in the closet.

i am very surprised consumer reports gave this the rating advertised. this vacuum has a load of problems. first, the cyclone part of it that is supposed to provide so much suction power actually causes more problems. the opening is too small and so hair and dust just get stuck in the connection and the bin never fills up which causes the vacuum to quickly stop picking up anything. the brush head constantly falls off and the buttons that click into place are feeble, making it difficult to connect back on. overall, the cheaper eufy models pick up more and even do a better job getting the entire floor. i would not recommend this vacuum. also, this purchase has made me lose a lot of faith in consumer reports.

i would never buy this product again. 1st, everything gets caught in the circular part that it fills up after 2 minutes. it doesnt push the debris into the larger chamber like it should. 2nd it stopped working and i was too late contactingnsamsung (by 12 days). meaning my warranty expired 12 days before i contacted them so there is nothing they could do for me. its my fault i didn’t contact them right away but i had been too busy. i also dont think it should stop working within a year of purchasing it. not happy with how it worked when it did work.
