I bought my vacuume around Christmas it worked at first. Now I can just use it as a very expensive dust buster. I have sent all the info to LG on my vacume I dont have the receipt thou. I bought it from work and cant find the receipt in the system.

Ive needed a smaller vacuum to avoid lugging my old one up and downstairs. My knees are older and cant tolerate this task like they once could. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that this unit outperforms the bigger corded machine in power and convenience. Im discovering new ways to use it everyday vents carpets bare floors my cars. It has quickly become my closest companion inside Lol

I purchased this item about one year ago. Literally days over the year mark the entire nozzle broke off. I could not believe the way it just broke off and there is no way to repair it. I contacted warranty who said they prob couldnt do anything but that this was a known error with this model from a previous year that was repaired but clearly not. It was literally days over the year mark and she said bc of that they couldnt help but to text her photos which I did with no reply. In my order i also bought several thousand dollars worth of other lg products two refridgerators and a double oven the craft ice machine on my fridge is also not working properly but lucky for lg its a year and a week since I bought it. Unfortunate for me. Buyer beware. Not a reliable product with a terrible warranty. Never again will I buy lg after this experience

I called about my cordless vacuum I had an issue with the spinner brush on the bottom.And they helped me a lot and also replaced it for free since it was under the 1 year warranty.I was very pleased that they were able to help me.

At the lowest setting this vacuum will suck up almost anything. When needed one can ask for more suction and you will certainly get it. It came with two batteries. That is very helpful.
