Builder installed this Range hood and the hood motor is making squeaking noise after an year. Not happy with the product

Horrible product and poor quality motor gave up on me DO NOT PURCHASE!

got this with my new home and builder installed about 1.5 years ago. Motor failed recently and when contacted for service they Told me that it is out of warranty and will cost 750 for it . It is obvious by all reviews and issues for other that there is a defect with this product ! DO NOT purchase any of their products if support is important to you!

So we have been in the new house for a month and getting back into the cooking mode.I’ve used the hood a few times when cooking and found that it does a good job. However, it is a noisy piece of equipment even on the lowest setting and the is a loud clank when the vent is turned off.

I am impressed with the amount of suction this hood provides. Smoke never leaves the kitchen.
