Less than 2 years and not working, Poor service

This came as part of our appliance package with our home builder. We have a a Fridgedaire dishwasher, stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and this built in microwave. We have owned it for not even two years and it no longer heats our food. By reading reviews it seems as this is a poorly made appliance with replacement parts not available. Customer service was of no help as well. My previous microwave lasted 8 years and my parents have one that works like new that they have owned for 12 years.Disappointed with Fridgedaire and their support on assisting with a poorly made product.

The microwave that came with my new mobile home has broken and it hasn’t been a complete year. I realize the mobile home was there two years prior to my purchasing it, but two years of non use. It should not have broken this quickly.

We are about to have our 3rd microwave installed after the Our first 2 broke within a year (last microwave is only a couple months old and no longer works). Our service from Frigidaire trying to get it replaced, has been very poor. They wanted to do a buy-back, but we just want a microwave that works! If it breaks again, outside of warranty, we will not be getting another Frigidaire.
