We bought this about 3 years ago and have it repaired 3 times. The knobs will suddenly stop working and the valve assembly has to be replaced. Very disappointed for the amount of money we spent on the stove.

We bought this for the dual fuel and double oven feature. After having it almost 2 years the top oven has become almost unusable due to it getting soo hot. We can't seem to not burn things in the top. We are very happy with everything else. It looks great and burners are super. Just wish we could use the top oven when we are entertaining.

I went from Electric to a gas stove, 5 burner with griddle double oven one convection. The performance of this stove is wonderful and have 0 complaints with that part. The only complaint I have is with the porcelain on the range top has started to chip off and it is all rough like the paint has bubbled. Very disappointed in that part. This started soon after our purchase, personally I think it’s a manafacture defect. If there is a way to repair this I would love to hear from you. I love this stove and want it to last me a while longer..

This appliance was in the model condo that I purchased. The first time I used the oven I noticed how hot air was coming out continually from under the control panel. Made it uncomfortably warm in the kitchen. Second time a tech came out we had the lower oven on 350 for 20 minutes; the constant airflow got up to 280! He called the manufacturer and was told basically "that's just the way it is." When I'd spoken to them previously, I was lectured on the need for venting the hot air to keep the internal control board from melting. I love to cook/bake, but this oven takes a lot of joy from that when it makes it so hot in the kitchen.
