This stove has a sleek, modern look. The grates cover the entire top, so large or small pots fit. It's easy to slide a pot to another burner if you need to rearrange. The burners light quickly from the spark.The convection oven is very large - both width and height. The ball-bearing shelves make pulling them out very easy. They're simple to remove for cleaning. Self-leaning is easy and effective.I've used the probe and it worked great - the roast cam out just right.I haven't got the full hang of convection oven, so often just use the regular settings.The small drawer oven is a little disappointing because it takes a long time to heat up. I thought it would replace our counter-top toaster oven, but it doesn't. When you need to bake at a different temperature from what you're baking in the main oven it's great. The main oven is so spacious that I can usually get everything into it.The only other issue is cleaning the top. The owners manual and on-line sources weren't very helpful. I have scratched it with a non-scratch pad, so have started using a product for ceramic tops. Friends have recommended alcohol and vinegar, which I've used also. For removing smears, I've found window cleaner (like Windex) and a micro-fiber towel work best.
