Love the look of the stove. LOVE the quick preheat! Wish it had just an inch more of bottom drawer storage clearance. Thought I would like the knobs on the face of stove (rather than on top, level with the grates), but one has to be careful not to bump up against the knobs. Friend was casually leaning up against the stove while we were talking in the kitchen & some of the burners were trying to ignite. Lol! Having issues with the sliding oven rack (have to force it to go back in), but we purchased extra insurance & so we’re sure it’ll get fixed. All in all, even with the ‘negatives’ we mentioned (it’s all livable), we are pleased with our Frigidaire range.

We bought the entire line of Frigidaire Professional series and love it! high quality cooking options and a great price. The look of the Professional Series is fantastic, cooking options available are superior and look forward to years of cooking for family and friends with this oven and ll the other Professional series of Frigidaire.

Broiler function does not work

This is my first time ever writing a review. I felt that I need to write one to protect others from making the same mistake as I did. We purchased this “professional“ stove expecting to get what we paid for but this is clearly not the case. Range was installed and the broiler function did not work.Multiple tecnicians tried to repair. 3 months later it was determined that it was unrepairableReplacement range was damaged and installed without the propane conversion.Dealing with Frigidaire’s customer service is based on wearing down the customer where they hope that you give up. Each phone call takes at least one hour. They place you on hold, they do not communicate with you or meet commitments.Issue has been communicated to corporate office. Awaiting call or email. resolution ongoing
