Can't do light loads when you have a light load it will stop at spinning and won't complete cycle

You can't do light loads I put in a set of sheets and it will stop at spinning and will not continue. I had a service man come out and look at it and was told to add more clothes. I paid a lot of money for this unit and I should be able to do light and heavy loads. Not really satisfied. Then when you call or try to email the website is so lame can't do a complete email. Even writing this review a black box comes up with guidelines and won't disappear when you are typing...You need an IT person. Anyway recommend another brand unless you have a large family and a lot of laundry!

The machine was delivered with a faulty control panel and is not functioning properly. It took a week to get a technician out to diagnose it, and now I have been waiting over a week since the diagnosis for them to locate the necessary part. Was just informed it has been on backorder for over a year. They won't replace the machine yet though, they want to keep searching for the part. Meanwhile my tenants have been without laundry for close to four weeks. Very disappointing.

I have been pleased at how many clothes can be washed and dryer with each load. I have been using this set for a month now and am pleased over all. I would buy it again.

I bought this end of July and I just love it. The washer drum is so large I can fit an entire bedding set.
