Other reviews have said the same and I would agree....1) sometimes feels like not enough water was used in wash.2) makes new noises, you get used to it!3) if you are shorter than 5ft 5 may be difficult to reach to bottom of tub and grab an elusive sock.4) does not tell you how much longer in cycle to go.5) I chose this machine because of tight space requirements.. do not be fooled that it says that no or 1 inch only needed for clearance.... I needed a further 4 inches in back for tubing/venting and had to cut into wood floor in front to make it fit... just!6) dryer works well, nice big capacity, lots of lint so maybe tough on clothes? 7) overall good construction, simple, love metal drums!8) first machine died after 5 washes, got new machine, wasn't corrected connected in latch/door, so didn't start. Luckily installer was knowledgeable and figured it out.Limited options for my space and wanted to stick with gas dryer.... overall pleased and would recommend!

I live in an apt complex and this is what they give us. First few months, I was fine but now anytime I wash dark clothes I take them out and my clothing has white residue. Now IÕm forced to re-wash! The load takes way too long. They say your saving water but yet a small load takes over an hour. The water is way too low. I have stopped the load mid way and saw the level very low. Not happy at all. This machine is costing me more than helping me save money.

Downsized and this was perfect for the second floor laundry/furnace area. Love the stainless drum, would like some time options on the dryer . Overall a great unit for the price

I have had a hard time adjusting to this machine. I wish that length of operating time would be displayed while washing. I never know where it is in the cycle.
