We have had this freezer repaired now six times in 30 months. It is a true lemon, but Maytag refuses to stand behind their product

Have had freezer maybe a yr. (give or take) & I have had to defrost three times. The bottome grill keeps freezing over. Last time (I hadn't gotten into it for some time & found the top two shelves thawed or soft - lost several items. Will be calling a service repair & do not recommend this model/make for a freezer.

I've had this a couple of months and it is working great. It's in the garage so any noise level doesn't affect me but when I'm out there and hear it running it doesn't seem loud to me. Ice cream is great at the recommended setting and I've used it to store my volume buys from Costco to free up space in my regular freezer in the kitchen. Loving it so far!

we bought 2 for a petstore for the raw diet we cannot be happier you cannot even hear these running !!We would recommend these to anyone who likes an appliance that you can plug in and not worry

Needed large capacity freezer but didn't want an energy hog and this one more than fits the bill. It is normally priced decently, but I got it on sale which just adds that much more to my satisfaction.
