2nd water dispenser replacement in 5 years

Major flaws for an expensive refrigerator. After 2 years, water dispenser does not turn off, replaced 2 times in 5 years. Ice cubes fly out of the dispenser making a mess. Very poor cooling distribution, the top left corner freezes liquids like milk and OJ.

Very happy with it, have not had any of the issues described in those other reviews regarding tempature or ice problems. My only problem has been the quality of the plastic bins in the refrigerator door. They cracked and they are expensive to replace. Other than that, it has been trouble free.

This refrigerator was new when we moved into our house two years ago. We had several service calls when it was covered by warranty. Food would freeze in the refrigerator portion of the unit.Now, the water filter is stuck. The repairman said it would cost $300 to $400 to fix that part. I am selling it and purchasing a new refrigerator from a different manufacturer! I'll never own this brand again!

The ice comes flying out and all over the floor! And where is the little tray the captures residual water drips or spills after dispensing the water? It just puddles and then drips down the front of freezer, so now I have loveley streaks that I just can't seem to get out.

While the appearance and overall function of the refrigerator is good, it has the absolute worst ice maker I have ever seen on a unit. The ice never dispenses properly and there is always ice that ends up on the floor. The ice release lever is not designed properly and is set too far back into the unit. If you use a small diameter glass, you need to be careful or the water will totally end up on the floor. The LCD display stopped working properly on the freezer after just 6 months.
