No help online for older refrigerator & manual instruction doesn’t fix it.

No matter how we adjust the temperature or chill zone dial, things freeze in the back of the chill zone drawer.

Water dispenser constantly freezing up. I can thaw by opening door for 30 min with freezer off but getting tired of that. Hope I can abandon the water and just use icemaker
