Badly designed refrigerator

I have had this refrigerator for several years. It is one of the most poorly designed appliances I have ever owned. The draws are not easily removable for cleaning. They are held in with plastic clips that are not made to remove. In warm weather the ice dispenser tends to get covered with ice at it’s opening.

I have a 4 months use of it

It works fine but I it strange the occasional noises that apparently are a normal thing

Similar problems as mentioned by other reviews. Ice dispenser broke, Ice maker produces too much ice, causing issues. Compressor failed but under warranty for 4 years. Still spent large amount for repairs. I thought this would be a lasting product. Very disappointed with the product. I have other Electrolux appliances that I hope will perform better than the fridge.

I have had my share of problems with the refrigerator, IQ panel is the main problem, I think every function on it has gone bad, Now the compressor went out. I would not recomend anyone to buy this. Ice maker overflows, and dump out ice like its from a bucket. Lot of ice hits the floor. Alarm constantly going off. Does not come back on if there is a power outage. Just has a lot of feature that are not important. Looks great but would not buy another.

I can't even begin to explain the depth of my frustration and disappointment with this refrigerator. The first one broke within a week--the freezer just stopped working altogether. After much time on the phone trying to get a replacement, the second refrigerator turned out to have more problems than the first! The water dispenser lever would stick, causing water to run endlessly out of the door and required me to conduct a biology experiment, taking off all the components on the freezer door and control panel to get inside to the water/ice dispenser mechanisms. I fixed the problem, only for it to reoccur about a month later. The ice maker continually has plastic shaving pieces in the ice, and I now have an endless problem with water pooling and freezing into a giant ice block in the bottom of the freezer. Not to mention it is the SINGLE NOISIEST APPLIANCE in my entire house! Additionally, my vegetables are always freezing in the crisper drawers. What a complete waste of money. I am so disappointed, I will never purchase another Electrolux product again... EVER.
