Didn t work when it was first installed.

The refrigerator didn’t work properly when it was first installed. I was told it’s a warranty issue. I could t get a replacement. The repair company did fix it. But I feel like a brand new out of the box refrigerator should work properly. If it had to be “repaired”, it’s a refurbished refrigerator. Therefore should not cost full price. I would love for someone to contact

The “door ajar” alarm goes off constantly. Drives us insane. Will randomly go off in middle of the night and wake us up. It’s like an alarm clock. It looks nice and cools well but it wish we could disable the sound.

We bought this unit in 2014 and have had nothing but problems with it. After countless repairmen trying to fix it they have finally decided that they would give us a 60% rebate to replace it. So, after spending over $2000 on this unit and the aggravation of a lemon they want us to spend another $800+ to replace it AND we only get one month to use the rebate!

This is the 2nd one I had I love it. Except it doesn't fit a litter bottle stand up and it did not come with misc tray.
