The refrigerator unit works fine, but the electronics are terrible. The refrigerator started beeping randomly and does not stop. The buttons on the top drawer do not work and we cannot stop the beeping. The Alarm Reset light is permanently lit and the Power Failure and Air Filter lights flash. We tried to reset the unit by turning off the power but that did not work. This issue should not occur within 2 years of normal usage.

REGRET NOT BUYING KITCHEN AID REFRIGERATOR DRAWERS

We have had this unit less than a year and from the moment we had it installed it continuously beeps telling us the drawer is ajar when it is clearly shut!  The kicker, we go to bed and are woken up at 1:30 to beeping that the drawer is ajar and nobody has opened it!  Super Frustrating.....my friends have a KitchenAid Unit and have never had an issue, definitely recommend KitchenAid over Electrolux!

Pay for the higher end drawers instead

We have owned this unit for 3 years and have had to have it repaired once a year.  The same problem each time - the drawer frayed one of the wires causing the unit to malfunction.  It was covered under warranty the first two times, but the 3rd time it was a $400 repair. We had to fight with electrolux to pay for it.  There seems to be a defect in the design for the same thing to happen 3 times, but they didn't agree.  Nonetheless they ended up paying for it this time.  It also beeps all the time, saying the drawer is ajar when the drawer is closed shut.  Very irritating.  It it didn't have all these problems, I would give it a 5.

funny i was asked to make a review. i am really unhappy with my fridge drawers. the AF alarm function will not stop. i ordered new and extra filters to fix the issue and it will not stop . the constant flashing is annoying
