Plastic shelving brakes easily

After just a few months of owning the fridge the shelves started collapsing. Whoever's idea it was to make a load bearing glass shelf that is held in place by flimsy plastic should reconsider next time. Really poor Quality! Plastic.. really... plastic! Disappointed. plus poor customer service!

We have now owned this model for 2.5 years and have had no issues what-so-ever with the unit. It is the quietest model we have ever owned, and seems to hardly ever need to run to keep things cold. What's more, we have noticed a definite decrease of electricity usage since purchasing it. We are completely satisfied with this fridge.

We have been pleased overall with the refrigerator. However, the Maytag emblem on the front of the frig is crooked. One would thing Quality control would not allow that to happen.

We bought our refrigerator a few months ago and we love it! It's quiet and efficient. We love the shelves inside on the door, and the shelving inside the refrigerator is easy to clean if we spill something.

We have had no major issues with our new fridge and we especially enjoy the ability to put larger pitchers on the top shelf without interference from the components mounted on the ceiling. We chose this model to fit a specific space in our small kitchen and wanted similar features to the fridge that required replacement. It was the best Quality for the price at the showroom.
