Freezer problem

Freezer has ice build up the first week. It took one week to get the warranty service company. They said that air must be getting into the freezer but couldn't see where so they ordered a new door. Will see if this fix works in 2 to 3 weeks. The deli drawer is also very cheaply made. The freezer and refrigerator door handles are not aligned but the salesperson did point this out when purchasing. I should have seen that the overall quality was poor. My bad!
