I love that I get to decide the water level which was not been able to do with previous washer. I could never get enough water to do a good job of laundering and things such as sheets would end up all knotted up. I love that the lid does not lock. I love the ease of selections which really work as intended. Previous washer seemed to decide what IT wanted to do. Felt like a war with a washer! This one is perfect! I wish I had found it earlier.
